I did do something this Monday, but nothing particularly tangible (yet!) and i’ve just been too busy to write about it 
I worked more on the site in the morning and went for a coffee and a long long chat with a friend in the afternoon with a brief spat of snapping before returning home.
I’m not really being as productive with the Mondays off as i’d like. It is for this reason that next Monday off will be my last, ending my short 4 day working week experiment. Don’t get me wrong, working 4 days a week is great, having an extra day at the weekend is wonderfully relaxing, but this is just the problem. My brain still seems to simmer in weekend mode, so attempting to kick into personal project mode on Monday morning just doesn’t happen. One colleague has suggested it might have been better to take Wednesdays off, slap bang in the middle of work mode. Perhaps he’s right, but i suspect the disruption it causes to work flow in the office would render it impractical from an administration point of view.
Ah well, next up, polyphasic sleeping! (hah… maybe not while i have a full time job)
